Rib Trader is open 7 days a week, 4:30 pm to midnight. Mastercard, Visa,
American Express,
Diner Club, Carte Blanche and Discover Card are accepted. (Cash too!)
No checks. Not responsible for lost or stolen items. We reserve the right
to refuse service to anyone. A $2.00 per plate charge will be added to
all split orders. Minimum food service $3.95 per person. For parties
of 8 or more, Trader will automatically add a gratuity of 18%. We do
large barbecue orders with advance notice. Food to-go orders available.
There will be a $.50 per container charge added.
